Weekend with my fam....

My little sister, Annalee moved to Colorado in November. It has been a great thing for her family and they all love it there. I really missed her, especially since I had a baby and she wasn't there. It just wasn't the same. I was so excited when she told me she was coming to Pine Valley for her spring break. Since Annalee won't be coming to Utah much Brian, Aletha, Bob and I with our spouses and kids got together for the weekend at my Mom and Dad's Bob and Brian took Jake with them to go shooting and Coyote hunting.

Here is Annalee making Ethan smile. Gavin is right next to her and Aletha. Gavin LOVED the baby. Actually everyone loved the baby but Gavin was especially cute. He loved holding the baby and he is just such a cute kid with the cutest 2 year old words.

The weekend was so much fun! I had a great time with my family. We always have so much fun when we get together. We always have fun and WAY TOO MUCH FOOD!!!!

Ice Skating

We went ice skating a few times now.  Once with Jason's brother Trevor and Sara then again with my SIL Janelle.  The kids love it.  Jason and Trevor & Sara were awesome skaters!!  I was freaked out!  I went around once and then sat down cuz I was afraid with my luck, I'd brake my back!!  I enjoyed watching everyone though!

Fun stay with Nick and Kena

Jason had to go to SLC for work and we thought we'd tag along with him. Kena and Nick moved to Lehi, Utah a few months ago and I have been dying to see their house. I should have got some pictures of her house. She really has it decorated so cute. It has lots of room for lots of guests like us, luckily. I love to be able to picture my loved ones in their homes when we talk... haha Jason and I
Nick and Kena were so much fun to hang out with. Kena made us breakfast and lunch and didn't let us go without for even a second. She was quite the wonderful host. Kena and Nick made us feel so welcome and comfortable. I can't wait to go back. Kena and I had our kids really close together besides the last ones and they have all missed each other so much.

Saturday night after Jason got done working, we all headed to Fat Cats in SLC. That place is happening!!! The kids had so much fun. We can't wait to go back.

She decided to make him more comfy with his binki and blankie. It worked. Jaycee is an amazing sister to Ethan. She loves to take care of him and she is really good at it.

This is Jaycee and my Dad. I love seeing these two together because I love my Dad so much. He and I have always had a special bond. Jaycee and my Dad have a special bond too and it melts my heart. This particular day I looked at the two of them and realized that Jaycee is growing way too fast!! How much longer will she cuddle with Grandpa??? Hopefully she never grows out of it.... I never did.

Ethan's Blessing Day

What a special day this was. My Mom custom made this cute Tuxedo just for Ethan's special day. He just looked like a little man. Jason did such a great job blessing our little boy. We feel so blessed to have such a special spirit in our family. I have known that he was waiting to come to our family for a long time and I am so happy that he is finally here. I cried like a baby while Jason blessed Ethan. It was an emotional moment when so many men in my life (brothers, Fathers, Grandfathers, Uncles, bishopric etc) were able to place their hands on our little guys head and help give him a name and a blessing. We have so many people in our lives. We are very lucky. Jason and I were very emotional because we feel so blessed. Thanks to all who came to support us.
